One Year Warranty

At Drift Trikes Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products, offering a comprehensive one-year warranty on key components when purchased as part of a complete drift trike. This warranty covers motor controllers, lithium batteries (limited to one year or 1000 charge cycles, whichever comes first), rear hub motors, hydraulic brakes (excluding brake pads), and chassis against structural failure (under no crash circumstances). Additionally, the throttle controller handpiece and battery charger are also covered under this one-year warranty, ensuring you have peace of mind when riding.

However, it’s important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, battery discharge due to neglect, penetration or piercing of the battery case, or collision-induced damage to the rear hub motor and hydraulic brakes. Similarly, any structural damage to the chassis from crashes, overweight riders, or rust, as well as throttle controller damage from collisions or improper handling, will void the warranty. Battery chargers damaged by wire severance or other mishandling are also not covered. Please ensure proper care and maintenance to enjoy the full benefits of your warranty.
