Before You Buy

Do they arrive assembled?

Trikes arrive in two boxes, partially assembled — about 25 minutes with our YouTube assembly video. Local pickup customers can request assembly for $50, and we offer fully assembled delivery Australia-wide for an additional fee.

What's the battery range?

The standard 12.5AH battery gives roughly 1 hour / 15km. The extended 25AH battery gives roughly 2 hours / 30km. Carry a spare and swap on the fly to keep going.

What's the top speed?

Up to 55km/h on a flat, even surface. Speed can be capped via the controller — set a 25km/h limit for younger or less experienced riders.

What age is recommended?

Ages 7+ with adult supervision. The Mark One is a genuinely fast machine, so caution is essential — especially with younger riders.

Can I ride on grass?

Yes. Remove the PVC sleeves to ride grass like a regular trike, then pop them back on for full drift mode on hard surfaces.

What's the max rider weight?

The Mark One supports riders up to 110kg.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 1-year warranty covers motor controllers, lithium batteries (up to 1000 cycles), rear hub motors, hydraulic brakes (excluding pads), the chassis against structural failure, throttle and charger. It excludes water damage, crash damage and battery neglect.

Can I pay with Afterpay or Zip?

Yes — both Zip Pay and Afterpay are available on everything, so you can split into interest-free instalments across trikes, upgrades and parts.
