When will my order arrive?
Free standard shipping applies Australia-wide. Dispatch and courier travel time are separate. Check the selected model and colour for availability; Mark One dispatch is currently approximately 5 days. Contact us with your postcode and product if you have a deadline.
What setup and support are available?
Use the instructions supplied with your exact model. The videos page includes Mark One assembly and maintenance tutorials; contact us for Menace or Volt Hog instructions. You can also ask our Gold Coast team about replacement parts and product support.
Where can I read the warranty and returns conditions?
Read the full policies before ordering. Warranty coverage depends on the product and component. Change-of-mind requests must be made within 7 days of receipt, and approved refunds are issued within 7 days after inspection. Contact us before sending a return. Consumer rights remain additional.
