Yes – The Trackable Number will be at the bottom of that email. Copy Paste the Number and visit the appropriate Link Above
No – Please check your Junk Mail. The email may have gone to your Junk

Is it Currently a Week Day? 
Yes – If your ordered your order under 1 hour ago, please call our customer service representative on 0434 533 850 to update your order. 
No – If you ordered over the weekend, and its not yet been a business day, you can send us an email in response to your order confirmation. We can then manually update your address within the system.

Ordered your shipment over 1 hour ago on a week day? 

If yes, it’ most likely that the delivery has already left our premises, and will require freight forwarding through the courier service. Please get in contact with the relevant service, by checking your email, and identifying what courier we sent your item through. You can request to update the delivery address, with no additional cost, providing its within the same City.
