Change-of-mind returns within 7 days

You can request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are not free. You pay for and arrange return postage.
Any delivery postage you paid is not refunded for a change-of-mind return.
If the drift sleeves have been used, their replacement cost is deducted from your refund at the price listed on our PVC drift sleeves product page.

These postage and sleeve deductions apply to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products. Contact us about product faults, including outside the 7-day change-of-mind period.
