Use the instructions for the exact battery and charger supplied with your ride. A shared warranty does not mean every model uses the same charging procedure.
CHECK THE MATCH.
Confirm the charger is intended for your battery. Follow its connection sequence, charging conditions and indicator guidance. Ask us if the label or instructions are unclear.
FOLLOW THE STORAGE GUIDE.
Use the storage and recharge guidance supplied with your battery, especially before leaving the ride unused for a longer period. Avoid leaving the battery fully discharged for extended periods.
STOP & ASK.
Do not use a battery or charger that appears damaged. Contact us with the model and a description of the issue. Do not open a battery pack or send a damaged battery by ordinary post.
COMMON SETUP QUESTIONS
Start with the matching instructions. If you need help, tell us what you have checked without recreating an unsafe fault.
My ride will not power on. What information should I send?
Tell us the model, order number, battery and charger details, and what the controls or charger indicators show. Note whether it is a new setup or a problem that started after use. Include clear photos if safe, and contact the team for model-specific checks.
The battery is not charging or the indicator looks unusual.
Check the supplied charger guide for the meaning of the indicator. If it is unclear, stop and contact us with the battery and charger labels and the observed behaviour. Do not substitute an unconfirmed charger or dismantle the battery.
The steering, brake or wheel does not feel right.
Do not ride until the issue is resolved. Follow the assembly and inspection instructions for your model, and contact us if there is looseness, damage or uncertainty about adjustment. Send a photo or description; do not guess torque settings or brake adjustments.
Which video covers sleeves or a rear tube?
The Mark One replacement videos are in the servicing, sleeves and tyres group above. Confirm the model and replacement part before starting. These videos do not establish compatibility with Menace or Volt Hog.
I cannot find a dedicated brake adjustment video.
Use your supplied model instructions and ask our team for the correct brake procedure. The Mark One servicing video is a general guide; do not assume it covers every brake system or adjustment.
Can I follow a Mark One video for Menace or Volt Hog?
Use the instructions for the exact model. The six videos on this page are labelled for Mark One. Contact us for Menace or Volt Hog assembly, maintenance and charging guidance.
I am missing instructions or think a part is missing.
Contact us with your order number, model and the step you are working on. A photo of the supplied parts or instruction page helps us identify what you need. See delivery support if a package has not arrived.
How do I report a fault rather than a setup question?
Send your model, order number, symptoms and when the issue began. Our warranty guide explains coverage and claim steps; the returns page separates product faults from change-of-mind requests.
