This 48v to 12V Converter is tapped into the Main 48v Battery and converts the supply to 12v. This means you can run up to 3 upgrades off this converter, such as the Whip Lights, Under glow and Bluetooth Speaker. Additionally, the throttle controller handpiece and battery charger are also covered under this one-year warranty, ensuring you have peace of mind when riding.

However, it’s important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, battery discharge due to neglect, penetration or piercing of the battery case, or collision-induced damage to the rear hub motor and hydraulic brakes. Similarly, any structural damage to the chassis from crashes, overweight riders, or rust, as well as throttle controller damage from collisions or improper handling, will void the warranty. Battery chargers damaged by wire severance or other mishandling are also not covered. Please ensure proper care and maintenance to enjoy the full benefits of your warranty.
